I am writing to thank you for your excellent service and recent support provided by one of your sales staff, Mr. Jim Palmersheim.
When we remodeled our house approximately 10 years ago we were unable to find adequate light fixtures for the project. We heard about your excellent company and ended up buying multiple expensive fixtures from you, including a crystal Schonbek chandelier for the dining room and a beautiful crystal spiral chandelier for the foyer. My wife and I were really impressed with your sales staff and support at that time.
Recently, the foyer light failed with bulbs quickly burning out. We called and Jim Palmersheim kindly handled my request to find a replacement light. He found out that the company that made our foyer light was out of business. This was a unique and beautiful item that really fit the space well and I asked Jim if we could have it repaired...Jim then took the initiative (on his day off) to find a shop to have it fixed. We now have the light back in place and are really grateful for his outstanding service, which is above and beyond the call of duty.
